Retailer Return Policy
All retailer wholesale orders are final. We stand by the quality of our product and if you have received defective product, we would like to know within 14 days of arrival so we can provide a label for return and disperse replacement product within 7 business days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 2910 Thomson Ave. NYDesigns C-760, Suite 12, Long Island City, NY, 11101, United States.
There are certain situations where replacements won't be granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

We will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returningdefective items.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
