Local pickup and delivery
Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind or limited edition, we apologize that we are not able to offer returns or refunds. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Products that can be returned must be unused and in their original packaging. Please include a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and customers are responsible for shipping products back to Move38. Please email us at email@example.com if you decide to exchange or return a product for credit and we will keep an eye out for your shipment. If you receive a package and your item is damaged or in need of repair please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our shop rotates its stock every two or three months. Many of our products are one-of-a-kind and will not be remade or reproduced in the same fashion. We apologize that there are no wait lists for items that are sold out. The best way to have first dibs on our products is to join our mailing list at the bottom of this page. The mailing list is always the first to know when our shop is updated. We will not give your email out to anyone. We promise.
