Local pickup and delivery

We are always happy to arrange local pick up or delivery on your orders in and around Long Island City, New York. Please use the code PICKUP upon check out to receive free shipping and we will email you once we receive your order to work out the details.

Shipping

We ship every few days so your order will go out 2–3 days after it is received. If you need your order sooner, please drop us an email at orders@move38.com and we will be happy to make something work for you.. Orders are processed in and ship from Long Island City, New York, U.S.A. You will receive an email confirming your order directly after order placement. You will receive another email confirming shipment with tracking information. All shipping and handling charges are calculated using a weight-based system. All shipments are sent out using USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Move38 is not responsible for payment of any customs duty on international orders.

Returns

Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind or limited edition, we apologize that we are not able to offer returns or refunds. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Products that can be returned must be unused and in their original packaging. Please include a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and customers are responsible for shipping products back to Move38. Please email us at orders@move38.com if you decide to exchange or return a product for credit and we will keep an eye out for your shipment. If you receive a package and your item is damaged or in need of repair please email us directly at orders@move38.com.

Products

Our shop rotates its stock every two or three months. Many of our products are one-of-a-kind and will not be remade or reproduced in the same fashion. We apologize that there are no wait lists for items that are sold out. The best way to have first dibs on our products is to join our mailing list at the bottom of this page. The mailing list is always the first to know when our shop is updated. We will not give your email out to anyone. We promise.
